When you call or send the form, you reach Michelle or someone on the crew — not an answering service. We will ask what you are building, where the site is, and whether you have prints or a builder already lined up. If you do not have any of that yet, that is fine; plenty of our calls start with someone thinking about a project a season or two out.

From there we schedule a look at the site. Grade, access for the trucks and drainage all affect what a foundation takes, and those are hard to judge from a phone call. Once we have seen it, you get a complete scope of work and an upfront estimate before any work begins. The price we quote is the price you pay — no upcharges tacked on at the end.

Do you charge for an estimate? No. Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached to one.

How far do you travel? We are based in North Collins and pour across Western New York — Buffalo and Hamburg to the north, and Springville, Gowanda, Dunkirk, Fredonia, Ellicottville and the rest of Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties to the south. If you are not sure you are in range, ask.

When should I call? Earlier than you think. Poured concrete in Western New York is weather-constrained, and the schedule fills up through the pouring season. Getting on the calendar early is the easiest way to keep a build on track.

Can we cut costs on the foundation? Honestly, we would rather you did not. Your foundation is the most important part of your home, and it is not the place to save a few dollars. We are happy to walk you through where the money actually goes.
